Leadership
H.B.S.A. focuses on providing leadership opportunities to our members. Each year, elections are held for the Executive Board positions which any member with at least one semester is eligible to apply.
Tradition
H.B.S.A. prides itself on the traditional values established over the years and embraces a family culture environment. H.B.S.A. is committed to providing its members with professional development workshops, corporate networking opportunities, guest speakers, and its annual scholarship and awards banquet.
Excellence
H.B.S.A. encourages its members to do and be the best one can be. H.B.S.A. supports gaining soft and hard skills and knowledge to develop oneself into becoming a leader and professional in the global market. H.B.S.A. believes that its members should be prepared and ready for their future careers.
Education
H.B.S.A. encourages its members to excel in their studies and maintain a high-grade point average. H.B.S.A. believes that school is of the utmost importance. H.B.S.A. offers study group hours to help its members succeed in their studies.
Community
HBSA is committed to our community. H.B.S.A encourages its members to volunteer, give back, and provide helpful information for those who need assistance.
Professionalism
H.B.S.A. is dedicated to improving its membership by offering several professional workshops such as dressing for success, resume writing, mock interviews, and how to create your elevator pitch. H.B.S.A. provides its members with an opportunity to hear first-hand from community and
business leaders as well as our Alumni on their educational and career journeys.
